PURPOSE:  
Every year, the ROC Air Traffic Controllers’ Association (ROCATC) hosts this forum in order to promote pilot/controller collaboration. The forum is an occasion where controllers and pilots are invited to provide insights into their operational environment so that safety and efficiency can be enhanced in flight operations and air traffic management. The event also provides plenty of opportunities for pilots and controllers to interact in an informal setting.
